'2023 Trail World Championships 40k Short Trail Results: France’s Geoffray Wins Late, Norway’s Angermund Repeats'



Ruy Ueda was the top Japanese finisher in the men's race, fading from 7th to 15th over the third quarter of the race but rallying to end up 12th in 4:34:45. Suzuha Kusuda was the only Japanese woman in the race, holding steady around 60th the entire way and finishing 62nd in 6:11:30. Complete results here.
