Team Mitsui Sumitomo Kaijo's Reiko Tosa, who dropped out of the Beijing Olympics women's marathon and later announced her retirement, will run as part of the team at the Nov. 3 East Japan Jitsugyodan Women's Ekiden in Saitama Prefecture.
