I was hoping Fukushima would run a PB yesterday, because she looked great in the heats, but not to worry. She looks like she has found some form after three years. Oddly enough she looks like she has slimmed down, which perhaps is why she is running fast again.

The Japanese women were solid in the 10.000m. They were not amazing, but they atleast ran good races, though maybe Ohara will be a little bit disappointed.
