It seems odd to me that the IVY League Team isn't the IVY League anymore; it seems like mid-to-high tier runners from Stanford, Wisconsin, and other non-IVY-League colleges making up most of the team. Why is this so?

As the linked post says, this year's Ivy League team is made up entirely of Ivy League runners.
