Fukushima was terrible last night. I am in Australia at the moment, so I am a bit out of the loop regarding Japanese athletes, but she can not be fit. I read online that she did not run as she imagined, but the run last night was bad.

Basically she ran a second slower than her PB at the Olympics with a tail wind. I hope she comes back strong from this, because I still think she has tremendous potential.

Perhaps she needs to move away from Hokkaido, especially during winter.

Looking forward to the Women's 5k tonight.
